From which time will I be able to enter my room?
Your room will be ready at 15:00. In the event of arriving in the morning, you will be able to drop off the luggage at the hotel (without a charge), until the room is ready. Check in before said time, will depend on availability.
At what time do I have to leave the room?
On departure day, you will be able to stay in your room until 12 p.m. If you wish to take advantage of your remaining time at the hotel, we can store your luggage free of charge. Staying in the room for longer, could involve an extra charge (late-checkout), will depend on availability, and has to be notified in advance.
What documents will the hotel ask for when checking in?
Personal documents are required in order to undertake the registration at the hotel. By law, it is required original ID from country of origin (DNI if Spanish) or passport for all the guests staying at the hotel. A credit cart as guarantee is required as well.

Yes, we have offer guided tours with our own historic tour guide. If you wish to receive more information about available tours and different options, contact our front desk receptionists and they will be happy to help.

No. Our hotel does not accept pets.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and it is free of charge.
Is smoking allowed inside the rooms?
No, our rooms are equipped with a very sensitive smoke detector and it is prohibited to smoke in the hotel, except for the outdoor designated smoking areas.
Is there a Wellness and Fitness area?
We do have a Wellness area, equipped with Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, dry sauna and fitness area. If you wish to make use of the area, a reservation has to be made in advance, allowing us to set up the ideal temperature for your comfort. Private area, depending on availability.

Yes, we do offer parking space exclusively available to our guests and free of charge.

Yes, all of our rooms have a hair dryer of great quality and power. If you wish to bring your own, be aware that the voltage at the hotel is 220V.

Yes, available to all of our rooms so we can deliver the best service and comfort during your stay.
Do you provide a kettle and coffee machine?
Yes, you will have both on your room at all times to use as you please. Tee, coffee, sugar, etc, are replenished daily.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safe. The usage of the safe is free of charge.
Does the hotel have accessible rooms?
Yes, our hotel has a wheelchair and handicap accessible room.
